Refund and Return Policy

You have 30 days to return an item that does not suit you.


To return your items:

Prepare your return

  1. Complete your return form (left part of your invoice).

  2. Put it in your package.

  3. Insert your items in the package in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by customers will not be taken back or refunded.

Choose your return method

1) Metropolitan France

  • At the pick-up point: Stick the return label on the package, which is on your invoice. Without this label, your return cannot be accepted by your collection point. Return costs are €0.99 and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

  • At the post office:

    • Return costs are €3.99 and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

    • Without label, send your package to the following address: 403 Square Jacques Prévert 91000 Evry courcouronne. Return costs are your responsibility.

If your package was delivered by a carrier, the items will be taken back to your home for a lump sum of €10 including tax. To arrange an appointment with the carrier, call Beautymix on 0782652486 (cost of a local call) Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

2) DOM/TOM

Send your package to the following address: 403 Square jacques Prévert 91000 Evry courcouronne to Madame Dessalines elodie . Return costs are your responsibility.

In accordance with the law, the delivery costs are refunded to you in the event of the return of your entire order.

During a return, Beautymix reimburses you on the means of payment used during your order. The refund period is 14 days.
