What are the delivery times ?
We ship your order anywhere in France within three to 5 days. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation and shipping times of the order (ex warehouse)
How to track my order ?
In order to track your order, we send you an email with your parcel tracking number when the product(s) leave our warehouse. You can also track the progress of your order through this page.
Can I return my order?
Even if we are sure of the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, we offer Satisfied or Refunded for 30 days after receipt of the items!
Any opened cosmetic product cannot be refunded.
If you change your mind, you can return the product(s), (see our return policy).

What is the delivery time for a Colissimo?
For sending a Colissimo Overseas, allow 11 days (variable in times of crisis) for the delivery of your package.
As for our more economical offer (and therefore slower), count an indicative time of 20 to 30 working days depending on the destination. To be preferred only if you are not in a hurry.
